When a customer places an order for one of your products, you can view and manage it from your MakerBritain Store Manager.
Viewing your orders
Open Store Manager and go to Orders to see orders containing products purchased from your shop.
Open an order to view the products purchased, customer delivery information and any other details you need to fulfil the order.
Personalised orders
If the customer has ordered a personalised product, check their personalisation information carefully before you begin making the item.
Preparing and dispatching the order
Prepare the product according to the order details and package it appropriately for delivery.
When the order has been dispatched, update its status in your Store Manager where appropriate so the order information remains up to date.
If there is a problem with an order or you need clarification from the customer, contact them before proceeding.
