Step 1 – Create your Maker account #
Go to the Maker registration page and enter your details.
- Enter an email address you can access.
- Check your email for your verification code and enter it on the registration form.
- Enter your first and last name.
- Choose your Store Name. This is the name customers will see and it also forms part of your Maker shop web address.
- Create and confirm a secure password.
- Tick the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
- Click REGISTER.
Not received the verification code? Check your Spam or Junk folder. You can also use RE-SEND CODE to request another.
Step 2 – Choose your Maker plan #
Choose the membership option that suits you.
Maker Starter – Try MakerBritain free for 30 days, then £5 per month.
Founding Maker Annual – £30 for your first year, giving you the same core features while paying annually.
Maker Monthly – £5 per month with no long-term commitment.
Choose your preferred plan and continue. You can change your membership later from your Maker account.
Step 3 – Application received #
After completing registration, your application is sent to MakerBritain.
Every new Maker application is reviewed before the shop is approved.
There’s nothing else you need to submit while you’re waiting.
Once your application has been approved, we’ll email you so you can continue setting up your Maker shop.
Step 4 – Start setting up your shop #
After approval you’ll be taken to the Store Setup wizard.
Click Let’s go! to begin.
The wizard takes you through the important settings needed to prepare your shop for customers.
