MakerBritain is a marketplace made up of independent Makers, so products in the same order may be prepared and dispatched separately.
Buying from different Makers
If you buy products from more than one Maker, each Maker is responsible for preparing and dispatching their own items.
This means your purchases may:
- Be sent in separate parcels
- Be dispatched on different days
- Have different delivery times
Different dispatch times
Some products may already be made and ready to send, while others may be handmade to order or personalised especially for you.
Don’t worry if one item arrives before another. Check the order and dispatch information you’ve received for each part of your purchase.
