Choosing your personalisation
If personalisation is available, you’ll see the options on the product page. The Maker may ask you for information such as a name, date, wording, colour or another choice needed to create your item.
Enter the requested information carefully before adding the product to your basket.
Check your details
Please double-check spelling, names, dates and other personalised information before placing your order. Your Maker will use the information you provide to create your product.
Editing your personalisation
If you haven’t completed checkout yet, you can use the Edit personalisation option in your basket to make changes.
Once you’ve placed your order, contact the Maker as soon as possible if you realise you’ve made a mistake. If they have already started making your item, changes may not be possible.
