Dispatch & Processing Times
Standard Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Custom / Personalised Orders (e.g., Pet Portraits): Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the piece (typically 1–2 weeks). I will keep you updated throughout the process!
Delivery Methods & Times
UK Delivery: Shipped via Royal Mail (Standard 1st/2nd Class or Tracked, depending on selection). Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Items are carefully packaged using eco-friendly and protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Lost or Delayed Items
If your item hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact me so I can help track it down or arrange a replacement.
Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your purchase! I accept returns on non-customised, standard physical items within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions:
Items must be returned unused and in their original, resaleable condition.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
Custom & Personalised Orders
Due to the custom nature of bespoke items (such as custom pet portraits or personalised gifts), returns and refunds cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part.
For custom illustrations, proof previews are sent prior to final printing/dispatch to ensure you are 100% happy with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and I will happily sort out a replacement or refund for you.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Standard Orders (Ready-to-Ship)
I accept cancellations for non-customised orders within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not already been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, you are welcome to return it upon arrival under my Refund Policy (buyer pays return postage).
Custom & Personalised Orders (e.g., Pet Portraits)
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If work or proofing has already begun on your custom artwork after this window, a partial refund may be issued depending on how much work has been completed. Once a custom piece is finalised or printed, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
