Bring a cheerful touch to your next project with this ‘Stitch It Happy’ magnetic needle minder. A useful companion for cross stitch, embroidery and other needlework, it keeps your needle close to hand whenever you stop to check your chart, change threads or take a well-earned break.

💜 My Own Original Design
Created by me, this original design gives the needle minder its own unique character. It features the words ‘Stitch It Happy’ with a heart, needle and decorative flourishes, celebrating the pleasure of spending time with needle and thread.

The design is printed on quality paper and protected beneath a Mylar covering, giving it a smooth finish.

🎨 Choose Your Happy Colour
The word ‘Happy’ is available in 14 colours. Choose a shade you love or one to suit the person you are buying for, making this practical accessory a little more personal.

🧲 Simple to Use
A strong magnet is securely enclosed inside the needle minder, and a separate backing magnet is included. Place the decorative front on your fabric and the backing magnet behind it. They hold the minder in position without pins or clips and without piercing your work.

When you pause, rest your needle on the front until you are ready to carry on. The magnetic hold can also help keep a paper chart in position or hold small metal embroidery scissors nearby.

📏 Size & Finish
Measuring approximately 38mm in diameter, each needle minder is assembled using a metal disc, printed paper design, protective Mylar covering, plastic backing disc and strong magnets.

It comes presented on a kraft backing card with instructions for use.

Shipping Policy

Every A Dot of Happy item is made to order, allowing you to choose from the colour options available in the listing.

Please check the stated processing time before ordering. This is the time needed to make and prepare your item and is separate from the delivery time.

Available delivery services and any postage charges are shown before checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically offered.

Please check your delivery address and colour choices carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact me so I can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refund Policy

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from the description or agreed order details, please contact me with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs, where possible, will help me resolve the issue.

I will arrange a refund, repair or replacement as appropriate under your consumer rights. These rights also apply to personalised and bespoke items. I will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

For an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, I will refund the item price and the standard outward delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Refunds for returned change-of-mind orders will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds will use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

A deduction may be made if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item has reduced its value.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Every item is made to order using your selected colour options. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

For items ordered from my standard designs and colour options, you may cancel before delivery or within 14 days after receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying me.

You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return. Please package the item securely and retain proof of postage. Contact me for return instructions.

Items that are clearly personalised, such as those featuring your own name or wording, or genuinely bespoke items made to your individual specifications, are excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation and return rights. Please contact me promptly if you wish to cancel one of these orders; I will consider whether cancellation is still possible.

Choosing a colour from my standard options does not, by itself, remove your cancellation rights.

If you would prefer an exchange for an eligible return, please contact me to discuss the available options and any price or postage difference.

These exclusions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
