Give a smiling Santa a place on your Christmas tree with this embroidered star-shaped keepsake. Combining a familiar festive face with a classic Christmas shape, it brings a cheerful touch to your seasonal decorations.

Made from soft felt and carefully machine embroidered using high-quality threads, the design features Santa wearing a red hat, with stitched spectacles, a white moustache and a flowing beard that spreads into the points of the star. A neatly embroidered border frames the decoration.

The star measures approximately 95mm wide x 96mm high, excluding the hanging cord. Lightweight and soft to the touch, it is supplied with a hanging cord ready to display on a Christmas tree, garland, decorative hook or festive arrangement.

The stitched outer border can be made in a colour of your choice. If you would like a different shade, please enter your preferred colour in the border colour box when ordering. If no preference is supplied, your decoration will be made with the red border shown in the photographs.

Delayed or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact me with your order details so I can help. For damaged items, please keep the packaging and include photographs of the item and packaging where possible.

Refund Policy

Many A Thread of Happy items are made to order. Personalised items and bespoke designs made specifically to your individual requirements cannot be returned or refunded simply because you change your mind. Please check your requested wording and other details carefully before ordering.

For items that are not personalised or bespoke, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. Please contact me within this period, then return the item within a further 14 days. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds for eligible returns will include the original standard delivery charge and will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me with your order details and, where possible, photographs so I can resolve the issue. Where a return is required for these reasons, I will cover the return postage.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. For personalised or bespoke items, cancellation may be possible before work begins, but cannot be guaranteed once your order has been accepted.

For items that are not personalised or bespoke, you may cancel before dispatch or within 14 days after delivery.

Returns
Personalised items and bespoke designs made to your individual requirements cannot be returned because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

For other items, please notify me within 14 days after delivery that you wish to return them, then send them back within a further 14 days. Please package returns securely. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Eligible refunds will include the original standard delivery charge and will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a non-personalised item, please contact me to discuss availability and arrangements. Personalised and bespoke items cannot be exchanged because you change your mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact me with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the problem. I will arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights and cover any necessary return postage.
