Shipping Policy

I work on your own shoes as they are bespoke and we need to ensure they fit so you have the advantage of choosing your own style and heel height.
I'm able work on plain satin, fabric or canvas but not leather. PU, lace or similar.
Once I have your shoes. I aim to have the work completed in 4-6 weeks depending on my workload at the time.

I'm currently only able to ship within the UK and those shipping costs will be included in the price quoted.

The price depends on the style of shoe you send me or the amount covered and if you decide to add optional embellishments such as crystals, pearls or lace. Please check the products section for an idea of the basic cost for each style of shoe please note any embellishments shown would be at an additional cost. Basic prices however are from £55-£135

Refund Policy



As the shoes are your own and the work I do is bespoke and unique to you, returns can't be accepted.

In the unlikely event that there is a genuine issue or any damage on arrival, please contact me directly to discuss a resolution.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy


I request a non-refundable retainer fee of £20.00 to secure your place in my diary, this is then deducted from your final payment which is due only once the work on your shoes is completed.
Please note that the price you initially pay is only the retainer fee and the balance will  be due before I dispatch the shoes back to you.
