I use natural wood slices to create these pieces so they will not be perfectly round and your piece may have bare or missing bark at the edges dependant on the individual piece used.

After you have made your purchase I will ask you to send me a couple of pictures of your pet via Etsy messenger and any inscriptions that you may want to include. The amount of characters that can fit on the piece will vary by size and complexity but we can discuss what you would like and see what can be done.

Standard turnaround is 2-3 weeks from order but this may vary depending on the number of orders / commissions that are being worked on at that time. This can be confirmed at the point your order is placed.

Postage:
Your piece will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in a padded envelope via Royal Mail by second class post.
International orders will be costed on a case by case basis.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Your artwork will be carefully packaged by hand to make sure it reaches you safely and securely.

Pre-made Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days, with delivery times depending on your location. Custom orders will vary in dispatch times but will be agreed with you prior to your order being placed. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail (or Evri for larger parcels), and international orders are shipped using a tracked service where available.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International customers: please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

I want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact me before returning anything so I can provide the return details.

Returned artwork must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Once the item has been safely returned, I’ll arrange your refund in accordance with UK consumer regulations. Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer.

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the packaging and artwork, and I’ll arrange a suitable solution.

Please note: personalised, commissioned or bespoke artwork is not eligible for return simply because you have changed your mind.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

I want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If you change your mind about your purchase, UK consumer law gives you the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to give a reason.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to me.

Artwork must be returned in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. Please take care when packaging your return, as you are responsible for the artwork until it reaches me.

Refunds

Once your returned artwork has been received and checked, I will issue your refund within the timeframe required by UK consumer law. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional cost for a premium delivery option is not refundable.

Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or faulty artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the artwork and packaging. I’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund.

Personalised & commissioned artwork

Personalised, commissioned or bespoke artwork made specifically for you cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind. However, this does not affect your legal rights if the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described.
