Celebrate love, friendship and being together with this Personalised Gingerbread Couple. Sharing an oversized T-shirt, the two smiling characters make a cheerful keepsake for partners, couples, best friends or someone who holds a special place in your life.

Made from soft felt and carefully machine embroidered using high-quality threads, the couple features rosy cheeks, white icing details and neatly stitched edging. The design is lightly padded for a soft, slightly dimensional finish.

The finished gingerbread couple measures approximately 97mm wide x 100mm high, excluding the hanging ribbon. Choose a hanging decoration finished with a ribbon loop, or a fridge magnet with a magnetic strip on the reverse for displaying on a suitable magnetic surface.

Choose Mr & Mrs, Mr & Mr or Mrs & Mrs to create the pairing that suits you or your recipient.

The shared T-shirt can be customised with your choice of felt colour and embroidered wording colour. Processing your order
Please check the individual product listing for the estimated dispatch time. Items made to order or personalised may take a little longer while I create them for you.

Delivery costs
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times
Dispatch time is the time needed to prepare your order, while delivery time begins once your parcel has been posted. Delivery estimates are a guide and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays and busy postal periods.

Delivery details
Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, I may be unable to change its destination.

Delayed or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact me with your order details so I can help. For damaged items, please keep the packaging and include photographs of the item and packaging where possible.

Refund Policy

Many A Thread of Happy items are made to order. Personalised items and bespoke designs made specifically to your individual requirements cannot be returned or refunded simply because you change your mind. Please check your requested wording and other details carefully before ordering.

For items that are not personalised or bespoke, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. Please contact me within this period, then return the item within a further 14 days. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds for eligible returns will include the original standard delivery charge and will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me with your order details and, where possible, photographs so I can resolve the issue. Where a return is required for these reasons, I will cover the return postage.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. For personalised or bespoke items, cancellation may be possible before work begins, but cannot be guaranteed once your order has been accepted.

For items that are not personalised or bespoke, you may cancel before dispatch or within 14 days after delivery.

Returns
Personalised items and bespoke designs made to your individual requirements cannot be returned because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

For other items, please notify me within 14 days after delivery that you wish to return them, then send them back within a further 14 days. Please package returns securely. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Eligible refunds will include the original standard delivery charge and will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a non-personalised item, please contact me to discuss availability and arrangements. Personalised and bespoke items cannot be exchanged because you change your mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact me with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the problem. I will arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights and cover any necessary return postage.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
