Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Standard Processing: Every order is made to order and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

UK Delivery

  • FREE UK Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): Postage is included in the price of every card and card pack, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class post the next working day after dispatch.

Christmas 2026

  • To receive your cards in time for Christmas, please order by Wednesday 16 December. Orders placed after this date will still be made and posted, but may not arrive before Christmas.

Delayed or Missing Packages Please allow a few extra days for delivery during peak postal periods (e.g., holidays or postal strikes). If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of receiving your dispatch notification, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.

Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us immediately before dispatch.

Refund Policy

Non-Personalised Items

  • 14-Day Cancellation & Returns: Under UK consumer rights regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel or return your item for a full refund, and a further 14 days to post the item back to us.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Personalised & Custom-Made Items

  • Exclusions: Items that are custom-made, made to order or personalised (such as names, ages, relations or custom wording) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • Order Amendments: If you need to change or cancel a personalised order, please contact us immediately. Once production on your item has begun, cancellations or changes can no longer be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly personalised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and the packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
