All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, giving you tracking and reliable delivery across the UK.

Orders are handmade to order and typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Each parcel is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

If you order multiple items, they will be combined into one parcel where possible.

Shipping Policy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Products are securely packaged to help ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photographs of the item and packaging so we can help.

Refund Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Rose Collective and we will be happy to help.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where appropriate. We will arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.

Where a refund is agreed, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be unused and, where applicable, unopened and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once their seal has been broken. This may apply to certain bath, body, beauty and cosmetic products.

Personalised or custom-made products may also be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where the applicable consumer rules allow.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your contract.
