A sweet Jenny Wren painted on a small free standing wood block to sit on a shelf or side.
At its widest point the piece measures ~4 inches. The height of the piece is ~5.25 inches.
This has been hand painted in acrylics and finished in a light varnish to seal the work and keep it protected.

Description:
Each piece is hand crafted in Winnersh, Berkshire with love. I am a passionate artist and decided in 2024 to take the plunge and see if I could sell my pieces to others!
I was born in New Zealand and despite being UK based for more than 30 years I still embrace my Kiwi roots and this can be seen in some of my kiwiana pieces.

I specialise in animal and floral paintings including commission pieces and pet portraits which are my favourite pieces to create! I usually have a wood supply to hand or can source specific pieces with a week’s notice so please message me if you have any projects in mind!

These pieces are ideal for:
- Home Decor
- Gifts for friends and family
- Animal / pet / nature lovers

Made from:
- each wood slice is sourced within the UK, sustainably from waste and offcuts from a variety of trades.
- All slices dimensions are approximate due to the natural variability of each piece. Each slice is different.
- Each piece is hand sanded by myself prior to painting
- Some pieces may feature a natural or live bark edge; this may include flaws due to the nature of the wood cut.
- My wood pieces may be free standing or wall hanging pieces / leaning pieces and this will be clear in the summary description at the top of this description section.
- Wall mounted pieces have a saw tooth hook on the rear; small pieces will have a single eyelet hook attached to the back.
- Each piece is finished with a light varnish to protect and seal the piece.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Your artwork will be carefully packaged by hand to make sure it reaches you safely and securely.

Pre-made Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days, with delivery times depending on your location. Custom orders will vary in dispatch times but will be agreed with you prior to your order being placed. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail (or Evri for larger parcels), and international orders are shipped using a tracked service where available.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International customers: please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

I want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact me before returning anything so I can provide the return details.

Returned artwork must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Once the item has been safely returned, I’ll arrange your refund in accordance with UK consumer regulations. Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer.

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the packaging and artwork, and I’ll arrange a suitable solution.

Please note: personalised, commissioned or bespoke artwork is not eligible for return simply because you have changed your mind.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

I want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If you change your mind about your purchase, UK consumer law gives you the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to give a reason.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to me.

Artwork must be returned in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. Please take care when packaging your return, as you are responsible for the artwork until it reaches me.

Refunds

Once your returned artwork has been received and checked, I will issue your refund within the timeframe required by UK consumer law. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional cost for a premium delivery option is not refundable.

Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or faulty artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the artwork and packaging. I’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund.

Personalised & commissioned artwork

Personalised, commissioned or bespoke artwork made specifically for you cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind. However, this does not affect your legal rights if the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described.
