Handmade & Material Variations

Many of our products are individually made, assembled and finished by hand. As a result, small variations between items are normal and are part of the character of a handmade product.

Wood & Plywood: Wood is a natural material, so grain, colour, knots and markings may vary from the photographs shown. Laser cutting can also produce slight darkening or scorching around cut and engraved edges. These are normal characteristics of the laser-cutting process.

Acrylic: Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Minor variations can occur between batches of acrylic. Laser-cut edges may show subtle marks associated with the cutting process.

3D Printed Products: 3D printing builds an item in layers. Fine layer lines, seams and small surface variations may therefore be visible. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not affect the intended use of the product.

We take care to ensure every product meets our quality standards. These normal material and manufacturing variations are not considered faults. However, if you believe your item has arrived damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Cancellations

For standard, non-personalised products, you may cancel your order before dispatch or notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. UK distance-selling rules provide this 14-day cancellation period for most goods purchased online. GOV.UK

For personalised, customised or made-to-order products, cancellations cannot normally be accepted once we have started making your order. Goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the standard statutory right to cancel. Legislation.gov.uk

If you need to change or cancel a personalised order, please contact us as quickly as possible. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

For standard, non-personalised products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it. Items should be returned in their original condition and suitably packaged.

Personalised, customised and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take care when making and packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem and the packaging. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and, where relevant, make a claim with the delivery company.

Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. UK consumer law requires goods to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
