Whether it’s because of overwhelm, anxiety, sensory overload, frustration, or simply having a moment where speaking feels too difficult, this simple card offers an easy way to communicate without pressure.

Created from lived experience as a SEN parent, this design was inspired by a system my own daughter uses to let the adults around her know whether she’s okay or whether she needs support. What started as something to meet a real need became a tool that has helped make communication clearer, calmer, and less stressful.

Small enough to carry every day, but powerful in the moments it matters most.

One side shows a positive response:

🟢 Yes / OK

  • Green tick (✔) or
  • Green happy face 😊

The reverse side shows a negative response:

🔴 No / Not OK

  • Red cross (✖) or
  • Red sad face ☹️

With a simple flip of the card, the user can communicate how they’re feeling without having to find the words.

• 0.45mm for a more rigid, sturdy feel

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All items are made, prepared and packed by hand from my home studio in Shropshire.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched, although many orders are completed sooner depending on current shop demand and workload.

For personalised items, I may need to contact you to confirm details before production begins. Delays in responding to messages or requests for information may result in a longer processing time.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed before purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within approximately 2 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. I cannot be responsible for delays or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and I will do my best to help resolve the issue with Royal Mail.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Returns

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once work has begun on a personalised or made-to-order item, cancellations may not be possible.

Returns Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of many of my products, I cannot accept returns for custom or personalised items unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

For non-personalised items, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges I do not generally offer exchanges on personalised items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to help find a solution.
