Delivery charges are calculated according to the size and weight of your order and will be shown at checkout.
Orders are carefully packaged to help protect your items during delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates and delays caused by the delivery carrier are outside my control.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact me with details of the problem and photographs where appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you change your mind about a non-personalised item purchased online, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Items should be returned in their original condition and securely packaged. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.
Personalised or custom-made items: Returns or cancellations for change of mind cannot normally be accepted for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
