Shipping Policy

Orders from hollybushstudio are prepared and dispatched from the UK.

Processing time: Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Personalised, custom-made or made-to-order items may take longer. Where applicable, the estimated processing time will be shown on the product listing.

Delivery: Orders are sent using Royal mail. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control.

Personalised and custom-made items:Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact hollybushstudio through MakerBritain as soon as possible. If work has already begun on a personalised or custom-made item, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns: For eligible non-personalised items, please contact hollybushstudio within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to arrange a return.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Returned items should be sent back in their original condition and packaged appropriately. Please contact us before returning an item so that return instructions can be provided.
