Processing & Dispatch

Many PerryForge products are made to order. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the processing time shown on each individual listing.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Please check all names, spelling, colours and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Production may begin shortly after an order is placed, so changes cannot always be made once work has started.

Because personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

3D-Printed Products

Our products are created using 3D-printing technology. Small layer lines, seams and minor surface variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process and make each item slightly unique.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your screen.

Problems With Your Order

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or there is another problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs where appropriate.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
