Refund Policy
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or is not as described, please contact DearnedesignsUK through MakerBritain as soon as possible so the problem can be resolved.
Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed using the appropriate method based on how the original order was paid.
If your order was paid wholly or partly using a Maker Gift Voucher, any voucher-funded amount will be returned to the same voucher balance. Any amount paid using your normal payment method will be refunded separately as appropriate.
Refunds may take several working days to appear after they have been processed, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
Dearnedesigns UK DOES NOT offer exchanges. If exchanges are offered, please contact me before returning an item so that arrangements can be agreed.
